1. Non-Profit Statement

Cravo does not operate for profit. All revenues generated through the platform are solely used to cover operational and maintenance costs, including but not limited to technology infrastructure, customer support, and service improvements. No profits are distributed to individuals or entities.

2. Refund Policy

  • If an orderer requests a refund, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days
  • Refund requests can be submitted directly through the in-app chat
  • If a user pays more than the order total, the remaining balance will be credited to their in-app wallet within 2–3 business days

3. Deliverer Withdrawals

  • Deliverers can request a withdrawal of their earnings once per week
  • Deliverer earnings are split 60% to the deliverer and 40% to Cravo

4. Rewards System

  • Cravo offers a rewards system that may change over time
  • Rewards, discounts, and incentives are subject to updates without prior notice

5. Account Balance

  • Extra payments or refunds are credited to the user's in-app balance
  • Balances can be used for future orders

6. Use of the Platform

  • By using Cravo, you agree to follow these terms
  • Cravo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time
